The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. We were happy to have a room with a bath. The hotel's location in the middle of Jackson was ideal, as it was close to common areas, the main road, and restaurants.

The twin room we stayed in was compact with a good comfy bed and basic cleanliness. Early check-in and late check-out. No charge for wake-up calls and ironing too.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. the location was great, being right on the main road close to the restaurant made it super convenient for exploring nearby prime spots. the modern amenities and excellently sized room with comfortable beds was a plus.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the well-maintained property and the cozy, clean rooms. The location was ideal as it was easy to catch a bus or cab. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing an early check-in without charge. The food from the hotel restaurant was tasty, and I enjoyed the palak paneer and butter naan. A key advantage of the hotel was the spacious furniture, closet, and basic amenities provided, which made my stay comfortable.

Although the hotel had many positive attributes, there were a few negative aspects worth mentioning. The traffic outside was quite loud, and the room didn't offer much protection against it.
